Mandy Turner
Mandy began her nursing career in 2008 after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lower Columbia College. She later completed her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University and earned her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from Regis College in 2024. With more than 18 years of nursing experience across Washington and Oregon, Mandy blends clinical expertise, leadership, and thoughtful patient care. After completing advanced training in aesthetic injectables in 2021, she founded Lemondrop Aesthetics in 2022. Mandy continues to invest in private mentorship, advanced workshops, and professional education. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and personalized approach, helping clients feel informed, confident, and completely themselves.

Nichol Halverson
Nichol brings more than two decades of nursing experience to Lemondrop Aesthetics, including inpatient and intensive care, orthopedics, hospice, aesthetics, and medical wellness. A lifelong Cowlitz County resident, she began her health care journey at Lower Columbia College before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Washington State University in 2014. As a partner at Lemondrop, Nichol leads with patient safety, thoughtful consultation, and evidence based care. Her experience includes weight management, hormone support, and medical wellness services. Outside of work, Nichol gives back through local community organizations while embracing life as a devoted mother and foster parent.

Rebekah Kelly
Rebekah is a registered nurse with nearly two decades of experience in hospital care and medical aesthetics. She brings extensive knowledge of skin health, acne management, and healthy aging, along with training in laser treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling. Rebekah is passionate about helping clients understand their skin and feel confident in a thoughtful treatment plan. She also serves as a substitute school nurse and coaches Cross Country and Track for Kelso. Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys studying skin care, reading, running, spending time with her three teenagers and three dogs, and keeping up with her Peloton routine.

Sarah is a registered nurse with 16 years of experience serving her local community. A graduate of the Lower Columbia Nursing Program, she has worked in emergency care, the operating room, and a variety of procedural settings. In 2023, Sarah earned her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership, reflecting her continued commitment to clinical growth and quality care. She is passionate about patient safety, thoughtful communication, and creating experiences where every client feels informed and supported. When she is not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking on new home improvement projects.

Her favorite services include lip flips and eyebrow lamination and tint. Neida values education, comfort, and genuine connection throughout every appointment. She combines clinical knowledge with thoughtful education so clients understand what they are treating and why. Whether someone is addressing persistent breakouts, visible pigmentation, redness, or unwanted hair, Hope is committed to making the treatment experience feel clear, comfortable, and personalized from the first consultation forward.
