Mandy Turner
Mandy began her nursing career in 2008 after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lower Columbia College. She later completed her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing at Grand Canyon University and earned her Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from Regis College in 2024. With more than 18 years of nursing experience across Washington and Oregon, Mandy blends clinical expertise, leadership, and thoughtful client care. After completing advanced training in aesthetic injectables in 2021, she founded Lemondrop Aesthetics in 2022. Mandy continues to invest in private mentorship, advanced workshops, and professional education. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and personalized approach, helping clients feel informed, confident, and completely themselves.

Nichol Halverson
Nichol brings more than two decades of nursing experience to Lemondrop Aesthetics, including inpatient and intensive care, orthopedics, hospice, aesthetics, and medical wellness. A lifelong Cowlitz County resident, she began her health care journey at Lower Columbia College before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Washington State University in 2014. As a partner at Lemondrop, Nichol leads with client safety, thoughtful consultation, and evidence-based care. Her experience includes weight management, hormone support, and medical wellness services. Outside of work, Nichol gives back through local community organizations while embracing life as a devoted mother and foster parent.

Rebekah Kelly
Rebekah is a registered nurse with nearly two decades of experience in hospital care and medical aesthetics. She brings extensive knowledge of skin health, acne management, and healthy aging, along with training in laser treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling. Rebekah is passionate about helping clients understand their skin and feel confident in a thoughtful treatment plan. She also serves as a substitute school nurse and coaches Cross Country and Track for Kelso. Outside of work, Rebekah enjoys studying skin care, reading, running, spending time with her three teenagers and three dogs, and keeping up with her Peloton routine.

Sarah Cothren
Sarah is a registered nurse with 16 years of experience serving her local community. A graduate of the Lower Columbia Nursing Program, she has worked in emergency care, the operating room, and a variety of procedural settings. In 2023, Sarah earned her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership, reflecting her continued commitment to clinical growth and quality care. She is passionate about client safety, thoughtful communication, and creating experiences where every client feels informed and supported. When she is not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends and taking on new home improvement projects.

Born and raised in Kelso, Neida is proud to care for the Southwest Washington community she calls home. Go Hilanders! As a registered nurse and aesthetic injector, she is passionate about combining compassionate nursing care with thoughtful aesthetics to enhance confidence while honoring each client’s natural features. Her favorite services include lip flips and eyebrow lamination and tint. Neida values education, comfort, and genuine connection throughout every appointment. When she is not in the treatment room, you can find her sipping coffee, exploring nature trails, visiting the beach, or spending time with her puppy.

Mercedes is a Master Esthetician with three years of experience in aesthetics and a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. Her favorite services include microneedling, chemical peels, and laser treatments, which allow her to create thoughtful plans for a variety of skin concerns. Mercedes is committed to continued education and takes pride in refining her skills as technology and treatment options evolve. She values personalized care and wants every client to feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. Outside of the treatment room, Mercedes enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and their three daughters.

Hope is a licensed master esthetician and Lemondrop’s expert laser technician. She specializes in advanced laser and light treatments, laser hair removal, acne care, and age-supportive skin treatments. With a deep understanding of skin health, Hope creates personalized plans based on each client’s concerns, comfort, and long-term goals. She combines clinical knowledge with thoughtful education so clients understand what they are treating and why. Whether someone is addressing persistent breakouts, visible pigmentation, redness, or unwanted hair, Hope is committed to making the treatment experience feel clear, comfortable, and personalized from the first consultation forward.
Journey Duncan
Licensed esthetician
Born and raised in Ridgefield, Journey is proud to care for the community she has always called home. Go Spuds! As a licensed esthetician, she is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating personalized experiences that help every client feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Her favorite services include customized facials, lash extensions, and lash lifts. Journey believes that even a relaxing appointment should begin with listening and thoughtful attention to each client’s goals. When she is not in the treatment room, you can find her traveling, baking, attending concerts, or spending time with her husband, family, and two dogs.

Born and raised in British Columbia, Canada, Alayna now calls Washington home and is excited to care for the community around her. As a licensed esthetician, she prioritizes genuine connection, personalized care, and helping clients feel supported in their skin. Her favorite services include customized facials, dermaplaning, and HydraFacial treatments. Alayna takes time to understand each client’s goals and create an experience that feels both comfortable and approachable. When she is not in the treatment room, you can find her catching sunsets, exploring her creativity, or spending time outdoors with friends and family.

AESTHETIC CARE COORDINATOR
Born and raised in La Center, Washington, Kylee is proud to be part of the Lemondrop Aesthetics team as an Aesthetic Care Coordinator. Currently in her senior year at the University of Portland School of Nursing, she is working toward her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN credentials. Kylee loves being part of each client's journey and seeing the boost in confidence and happiness that comes with their visit. She believes the little things can make a big difference and enjoys helping clients feel comfortable, cared for, and excited about their experience at Lemondrop. Outside of work, Kylee loves traveling, spending time with her best friends and family, hiking, paddleboarding, and enjoying the outdoors whenever she can!
