Mandy Turner

Mandy Turner began her nursing journey in 2008 after earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lower Columbia College. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2015. In 2024, Mandy earned her Post-Graduate Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Regis College, further expanding her clinical scope to better serve her patients.

With over 14 years of nursing experience across Washington and Oregon, Mandy brings a unique blend of executive leadership and hands-on patient care. In 2021, she completed advanced training in aesthetic injectables, including Botox and dermal fillers, and founded Lemon Drop Aesthetics in May of 2022.

Mandy is deeply committed to continued education in the field of aesthetic medicine. She invests in private mentorships, hands-on workshops, and professional memberships to stay on the leading edge of the industry. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Mandy is passionate about helping every client feel their most confident, empowered selves.

Nichol Halverson

Nichol Halverson brings more than two decades of dedicated patient-care experience to Lemondrop Aesthetics, along with a deep passion for helping clients look and feel their very best. With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in nursing and over 20 years of clinical experience spanning inpatient and ICU care, orthopedics, hospice, aesthetics, and wellness, Nichol offers a thoughtful, evidence-based approach rooted in compassion and expertise.

Nichol’s priority is—and always has been—patient safety. She is meticulous in her consultations, reviewing medical history, assessing risks and benefits, and ensuring every treatment is both safe and aligned with each client’s goals. Her experience allows her to blend medical precision with the natural, confidence-boosting results Lemondrop is known for.

A lifelong Cowlitz County resident, Nichol began her healthcare journey at Lower Columbia College, earning her CNA, LPN, and RN credentials before completing her BSN through Grand Canyon University. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Washington State University in 2014. Her background includes 10 years in orthopedic medicine and a growing passion for aesthetic and wellness care since 2022=1, including weight management, hormone replacement therapy, and medical wellness services.

Outside of work, Nichol is committed to giving back to her community through local organizations such as the Humane Society and the Lions Club—all while balancing life as a dedicated single mom and foster parent. Her heart for helping others shows in everything she does.

Rebekah

Rebekah Kelly is a seasoned Registered Nurse with nearly two decades of experience in both hospital and medical aesthetics settings. She brings extensive knowledge in skin health, acne management, and anti-aging, with a passion for helping others feel confident in their skin. Rebekah is certified in laser treatments, chemical peels, and microneedling, and also has a background in fitness. She currently practices at LemonDrop Aesthetics and serves as a substitute school nurse. A mother of three teens and three dogs, Rebekah also coaches Cross Country and Track for Kelso. When she’s not working, she’s immersed in skincare studies, reading, running, or maintaining her Peloton routine. Her philosophy? We all have to age—but we can do it gracefully and with style.

Senia specializes in brow correction while maintaining your own natural brow appearance. Senia also enjoys pampering her clients with facial services and acne treatments. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her son and husband, visiting with extended family, and baking any yummy treat.

Kayla is a committed licensed Master Esthetician and Aesthetics Care Coordinator who believes that great skin care starts with trust and education. Known for her compassionate approach and attention to detail, she helps clients understand their treatment options and feel comfortable throughout their aesthetic experience. Kayla loves seeing clients refreshed, confident, and empowered in their own skin. You will see her at our Ridgefield location either greeting you with a smile when you enter or improving your skin in the treatment room.

Laney believes that great skin starts with education, and she loves taking the time to teach her clients how to care for their skin in the long term. Her favorite services include microneedling, chemical peels, facials, and lash lifts. Outside of the spa, Laney enjoys creating nail art, skiing—especially during sunrise—and traveling with her family.

With over 16 years of combined office management and customer service experience, her passion and enthusiasm drives her to continually seek innovative ways to enhance client satisfaction. She is also fluent in Spanish, and her natural ability to listen and create lasting, meaningful relationships is paramount. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys reading, music, charcuterie board dinners, and spending time with her husband and two teenage children.

Passionate about patient safety and quality care, she is deeply focused on improving healthcare outcomes.
