Self Care /
We can give our best to others when we feel our best. I believe that wholeheartedly. Whether it is a spa treatment, taking time for a walk, or coffee with a friend I practice self-care. Having balance as a wife, mother, business owner, and employee can feel like a lot at times, and having those self-care moments fills my cup.
How can nature not inspire you when you live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest! I enjoy hiking, snowshoeing, running - pretty much anything that gets that fresh air in!

Family Time /
I am blessed with the most amazing supportive family. My husband is a physician and fully understands the complexities in our current healthcare system. This has enabled us to support each other in a unique way both being business owners and medical professionals. Between the two of us we have five children and enjoy spending time doing simple things like cooking and chatting in the kitchen to large family vacations.
One on one time with each of my children is my favorite thing about being a mother and I do this frequently with vacations. I have three children; Colin 26, Carmen 24, and my little (not so little), Cade at almost 16. I’ve made a point to travel with each of my children separately. There is no better way to learn more about them and strengthen the bond between us. It is these moments away from the busy day to day that I look forward to and cherish.
Not much better!

Educating Myself
Rebekah Kelly RN
Hi, I’m Rebekah Kelly, a mother of three teens and three dogs. I have been a registered nurse since 2005 and have experience in both the hospital and med spa settings. I have vast experience in skin health, acne, anti-aging, and all of the fun things we do to make ourselves feel confident. I am trained in lasers, peels, microneedling and fitness. I currently work at Lemondrop and also as a substitute school nurse. I coach Cross Country and Track for Kelso and you can find me studying skincare, reading, running or doing all things Peloton. I believe we all have to age, but we can do it gracefully and with style!
