Scope
This policy addresses consumer health data handled by Lemondrop Aesthetics that is covered by Washington’s My Health My Data Act. It does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices for protected health information or remove protections available under other applicable laws.

Categories and purposes
Covered information may include your expressed skin, aesthetics, or wellness concerns; requested services; appointment and consultation interests; health-related details or photos you choose to provide through an approved channel; and information identifying you as seeking health services. We use this information to answer your questions, coordinate a service you request, provide appropriate follow-up, and manage the related interaction.

Technical interactions with health-related website content can also reveal or support inferences about health interests. If those interactions constitute consumer health data, the Act’s collection and sharing requirements apply to them. A general privacy notice does not authorize disclosures that require separate consent.

Sources and recipients
Sources include you, an authorized representative, booking and communication services used for your request, and website technology involved in your interactions. Categories of data disclosed in connection with a requested service may include your service interests, appointment information, submitted concerns, and identifying contact information linked to those details.

Recipients may include scheduling and client-account services, communication and hosting providers, and providers involved in coordinating your requested care. Advertising or analytics recipients may receive covered information only when the applicable legal requirements are satisfied. Lemondrop does not designate any affiliated company as a recipient of consumer health data under this policy. Contact our privacy office to request the third-party and affiliate information available under the Act.

Collection and sharing choices
We collect or share covered consumer health data with the required consent or to the extent permitted to provide a product or service you request. Any required sharing consent is separate from collection consent. A sale of consumer health data requires the separate authorization required by law; acceptance of this policy is not such an authorization.

Your rights and requests
You may request confirmation and access, including a list of third parties and affiliates receiving your covered data and a way to contact them. You may withdraw consent or request deletion. Call (360) 703-3811 or write to Lemondrop Aesthetics, Attn: Privacy Office, 1339 Commerce Ave, Suite 314, Longview, WA 98632. Our team will explain a secure request process and reasonably necessary identity verification. You do not need to create a new account.

We respond within 45 days. When a permitted extension is necessary, we notify you within that period and explain why. If we decline a request, you may appeal using the same contact methods and identifying your request as a privacy appeal. We respond to appeals within 45 days with an explanation. If an appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Washington Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint. We do not unlawfully discriminate for exercising these rights.
