Your appointment time is reserved for you
At Lemondrop Aesthetics, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to give each client our full time and attention. We kindly ask that cancellations or schedule changes be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or make a change.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee. You may be asked to prepay for your next appointment after more than one no-show or late cancellation.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled. Shortened services will be charged at full price.
New clients may be asked to place a card on file when booking. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to this policy. Thank you for helping us create a smooth and respectful experience for every client.
